This page explains how to report abuse, block an account and delete your account, and how to reach us.

Report abuse

If a post, a comment or a profile breaks our Terms of Service, report it. Sign in, press the three dots beside it and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits and add details if they help.

The person you report is not told who reported them. Our team reads every report and acts on content that breaks the Terms within 24 hours. We can remove the content and suspend or ban the account that posted it.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Block an account

Open the person's profile, press the three dots and choose Block. You stop seeing their posts, comments and notifications. They can no longer follow you, comment on your posts, reply to your comments, share your posts or mention you. Any follows between you end, and they are not told.

To unblock someone, open Settings and go to Blocked accounts, or open their profile and press Unblock.

Delete your account

Deleting your account from Settings is coming in the next release. Until then, email info@vitahash.org from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account.

Deleting your account removes your profile and your drafts. As the Terms of Service explain, the blockchain record of work you published stays on the public ledger, which we cannot change.
